Bernoulli Self-Cleaning Filter

The self-cleaning automatic filter (Bernoulli Filter) is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is a self-cleaning and maintenance-free filter used to remove contaminating particles from highly polluted cooling and process water, as well as other fluids, such as those from natural water sources (sea water, river water) and heating and cooling systems and processes.

From pre-filtration in water treatment to the protection of plate heat exchangers and sensitive process equipment such as spray nozzles, we offer the best solution for a self-cleaning filter. Primarily, we specialize in the Bernoulli filter. The Bernoulli self-cleaning filters utilize the physical Bernoulli principle. Bernoulli's law is a physical principle that describes the flow behavior of liquids and gases and relates pressure changes to changes in height and velocity. As a result, the Bernoulli self-cleaning filter is automatically cleaned without anything scraping against it, which minimizes wear and tear on components.

These filters are applied in industries ranging from power generation and petrochemicals to HVAC, steel production, aquaculture, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, and the food industry.

For example, they provide a solution for mussel problems in cooling water (brackish water) and protect heat exchangers.
