Filter Cartridges

We supply Meltblown filter cartridges

Van Borselen has a complete range of filter cartridges for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food and beverage industries. The cartridge filters of Van Borselen Filters are available from 0.2µm to a few millimetres and in various materials. Filter cartridges are available as:

Filter Cartridges
polypropyleen, meltblown filterkaarsen

A Polypropylene Meltblown depth filter. Which is available in many different micronratings and lengths. This depth filter cartridges is ideally suited for products with a variation in particle size.

polypropyleen, meltblown filterkaarsen

A Big Blue meltblown filter candle. This filter candle has a diameter of 11.4cm, allowing for high flow in a compact design. This depth filter cartridge is particularly suitable for products with a variety of particle sizes.

JNC CP depth filter

A polypropylene meltblown depth filter that is available in many different micron ratings and lengths. This depth filter cartridge is ideally suited for products with a variation in particle size.

JNC CP depth filter

JNC CP2 Filter cartridges with a uniform perforation structure, constructed using PP fiber coated with PE for enhanced depth filtration.

JNC CP depth filter

Experience the excellence of JNC's BM Absolute rated Bicomponent filter cartridges, where true depth filtration meets absolute retention.

Geplisseerd polypropyleen absoluut filterkaars

A polypropylene pleated filter cartridges which consists of eight filter layers. These eight layers ensure that the filter is extremely suitable for products with a large diversity of particles.

Polypropyleen geplisseerde filterkaars

A pleated filter made of polypropylene. The filter has an absolute ratio (Beta 5000) and are available in different micronratings and lengths.

High flow filterkaars, BIG ONE filter

A High flow filter cartridges made of polypropylene or fiberglass. Available from 0.5um to 100um and in lengths of 20-40-60 and 80inch. High flow filter cartridges are specially designed for applications with very high flows.

High geplisseerde filterkaarsen glasvezel en polypropyleen

A high flow filter cartridge specially developed for high volume filtration with a large variety of particles. This type of filter cartridges can be produced with 7 filtration layers which ensures a real depth effect incombination with the benefits of a pleated filters.

High flow filterkaarsen 740 type

A high flow filter cartridge which can hold up to 14kg of dirt per 40 inches element. Available in different micronratings and lengths. This type of filter is ideally suited for applications with high levels of contamination.

touwfilter, gewikkeld filter, klossefilter, gewikkelde filterkaarsen

wounded filter cartridges which are available in many different micronratings, lengths and materials. Because of the many choices, the wounded filter is extremely suitable for many applications.

x100 filterkaarsen

Filter cartridges type X100, these polypropylene filter cartridges fit both the original X100 filter housings and the new X100 filter housings. available in micronrating from 1um to 100 microns.

Filter Cartridge / Cartridge Filters

Van Borselen Filters has a very extensive program of cartridge filters, for almost every application we can provide you with the right filter cartridge, such as:

  • Depth filter cartridges, when your fluid contains a wide range of particle sizes.
  • Surface or pleated cartridge filters, when larger surface area and higher flow rates are required.
  • Membrane filter cartridges, often used for the removal of microbiological retention in pharmaceutical and food grade applications.
  • High Flow cartridge filters, used in applications where large amounts of fluid needs to be filtered. These cartridges have a larger diameter compared to standard filter cartridges and are normally 40” or 60” in length.

Filter cartridges often ensure a more precise and effective filtration compared to filterbags. Filterbags typically have a 70-80% efficiency on their given micron rating, where filter cartridges can reach efficiencies up to 99,98%, meaning that only 1 in every 5000 particles larger than the given micron rating is allowed to pass through the cartridge filter.

Cartridge filters can be produced with different connections on both ends, ensuring that the filter cartridge fits perfectly in its’ housing and therefore avoiding any bypass.
